In Memory of Kyle Coleman
5 February 1998 - 10 December 2016
Kyle was a dedicated and talented ball hockey player who started his playing career in our Tyke division, coming from a family who all enjoyed the sport.
Kyle had just completed his Minor league career in the summer of 2016 sharing a Junior Provincial Championship with the best of friends from the community which capped off a stellar career in the NTBHL both on and off the floor. Kyle represented the NTBHL in every year he played at the Provincial Championship and was well known for his unique ability to quarterback the powerplay, a skill that lead many NTBHL teams to Provincial Gold.
Kyle fought a hard battle with mental illness and when he couldn't fight anymore he left many family and friends determined to not let his battle be in vain. Kyle will never be forgotten, especially by his ball hockey family and he will always have a place of honour within the NTBHL. #78 Forever In Our Hearts

I'd like the memory of me
To be a happy one
I'd like to leave an afterglow
Of smiles when the day is done.
I'd like to leave an echo
Whispering softly down the ways,
Of happy times, and laughing times
And bright sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve
To dry before the sun
Of the happy memories I leave behind
When the day is done.
