Entering our 20th season of operation we would like to thank all those that have helped us over the years in providing ball hockey to residents of New Tecumseth and the surrounding area. We started with 80 participants the first year and now were a 1,200 member organization during our main spring/summer season.

2015 was an amazing season with so many accomplishments by our teams at the OBHF Provincial Championships, at all levels.

With the success at Provincials we want to advise everyone on what lies ahead for the teams/individuals for the upcoming season.

In 2015 we had 3 teams compete at the Junior National Championships in St. John’s NFLD

and would like to congratulate Brent Sallows and his coaching staff on leading our U17 team to the Gold Medal

As well coach Sean Price and staff that led our U15 team to a Bronze

As far as the NTBHL season is concerned we are targeting April 23rd as a start date for the Minor Division. Info that we can pass along at this point include the following:

MINOR DIVISION STRUCTURE CHANGE
We are offering separate levels of play at the Tyke, Novice and Atom divisions so parents can register their kids into the level they feel their child is best suited:

*As a start we’ll offer Recreational or Competitive leagues for the above noted divisions
*If our registration numbers don’t allow us to operate separate levels in the same age group, we’ll merge all players together and offer one level in the same age group as we’ve done in the past
*Players can only register into one level in one age group
*If the NTBHL is successful in operating separate levels in the same age group as noted above, we reserve the right to transfer a player up or down a level during the season, if we deem it necessary
