Rules:
-  We are here for fun and exercise and we all have things to do after each game, so please
remember to come out, enjoy, play hard but play safe.  Any unsportsmanlike conduct
WILL NOT be tolerated and the player will be asked to leave the league without refund.
-  If you wish to drink before your game, do not bother playing.  There is zero tolerance and if
ref is notified of a player that has been drinking, they will ask you to leave the bench.
-  If for any reason the arena time is cancelled, each team will receive a tie.  Should a game end
before the first half is completed, for any unforeseen circumstance (leaky roof/no power,
etc.) the game will be given a tie.  If however, the game has gone into the second half and
game is called by the ref, the outcome will be whatever the score is at the time the game is called.
-  The only substitution allowed will be in the event that a team has less than 10 players
(excluding the goalie).  The team will then be allowed to acquire subs to make a maximum
of 10 players.  The sub as to be agreed by both teams captains and has to be the same skill
level or less of the missing player. A defaulted game will be called when a team has less
than 6 players at the drop of the ball within 5 minutes of game time.  Above, does not apply in playoffs.
-  Each player needs to play minimum 5 games regular season to play in playoffs. Unless
due to medical reasons or unusual  circumstance.
-  There will be 3 minutes warm up.  If a team does not have enough players out to begin when the buzzer sounds,a delay
of game penalty will be given.  This is to ensure that the games flow quicker and on time.
Therefore a game that is scheduled to begin at 7:00 will start at 7:00 unless missing
    officials or a timekeeper.
-  It is each player's responsibility to ensure that they arrive with enough time to warm up and
stretch.  Please remember, that the clock will be running between each game as indicated above.
-  CHILDREN WILL NOT be allowed on the floor before or after each game.  This is to
ensure that no injury occurs to a child due to a stick or ball.  If a child needs to be on the
bench during a game, they must wear a helmet.
