The Ontario Ball Hockey Association Minor Provincial Championships are three-day tournaments which showcase the best teams from the 104 member leagues, competing in their respective divisions.  This year the OBHA hosted 98 teams competing in the Provincial Championships in Mississauga, ON over the July 8, 9, 10, 2011 weekend. 

Beeton Ball Hockey Association, whose provincial teams are called Beeton Xtreme, was well represented in many divisions.

Under the excellent leadership of team coaches Ron Archibald, Tom Whelan, John Andrew and Myrna Whitley, the Girls Under 12 Beeton  Xtreme team; comprised of girls from Alliston, Creemore, Schomberg, Palgrave, Essa, Stayner and surrounding areas, demonstrated exceptional skill and enthusiasm translating to a remarkable provincial tournament result. 

The girls won 4 out of 5 games and with a team effort tallied an impressive 3 game shut outs, 19 goals scored for and 3 goals against in all 5 games earning them the provincial SILVER medal!
